No, I don't have a certificate for Carola's marriage. Also still not sure if Antoine Martin dit Soud was the father or the brother of Solomon Martin. I haven't been able to prove that yet. I do know that Lisette (Louisa, Eloisia, Elisa) was 1/2 Indian though also not sure who her parents were. There were so many misspellings for her name that it's hard to find those records. I do remember getting some information about Beaver Island but a friend who looked up the records there for me couldn't find anything. My records show that the Martins came from "Lacus Superior" which I believe is Green Bay, Wisconsin after arriving from Canada. Have you checked the Wisconsin HIstorical Collection? That's a series of books held in most major libraries. They have a lot of information in them. Just wish I had more time to go back & go through them again. St. Anne Church on Mackinac Island was also selling a CD which has all of their birth/baptism, death and marriage records. I have a copy of that too.
