I am an English researcher, looking into the history of organized crime in Canada and America. As part of this scholarly project, I need to obtain any Canadian federal police records on certain deceased organized crime figures who lived in Canada. However, under the provisions of the Canadian Freedom of Information Act, only Canadian citizens can request records.
