I typed my own name into a google search, and these queries came up, and I've been contacting people to have them removed, and no one is removing them for me. I simply just don't want this information made available over the internet anymore. I would remove this information myself; however, the address I left in order for people to contact me is no longer valid. I no longer use sympatico services. And see, because no one did contact me, I completely forgot about posting these queries, and even if I chose to use the request user name or password option, that information would be sent to the old sympatico.ca e-mail address, which is no longer in use. So I can't even delete any of this information myself. I really would just like this information removed, so that the names mentioned, and my name DO NOT return in any google search results. In any event, a second Charles Husband was born in Halton County in 1866, but he would have been born before June because his mother died about March. I am assuming that she died as a sequelae of childbirth. That Charles was born to Henry B. Husband and his first wife Mary Alderson. There were no families named Torry/Torrey in Halton Co. in the 1800s, so your female relative was not likely from Nassagaweya. The Charles E. Husband born to William Husband and Sarah Sowler on 4 Aug 1867 in Nassagaweya, Halton Co., Ontario married a relative of mine, Henrietta Easterbrook on 30 Jan 1895 004849-95 [Halton Co.] Charles E. HUSBAND, 27, yeoman, Halton, Assinaboia N.W.T., s/o William & Sarah, married Henrietta EASTERBROOK, 28, d/o George & Caroline, witn: James F. HUSBAND & Georgina EASTERBROOK both of Nassagaweya on Jan. 30, 1895 at Nassagaweya As you can see, Charles was living in North West Territories when he married Henrietta, however after her death in 1902, he moved to Manitoba and later British Columbia (in the 1911 Census). Here is his father's obituary: Obituary of William Husband: Husband, William, News appeared in Acton Free Press, 24 Sep 1903 , page 2, column 3 NASSAGAWEYA. The community was genuinely surprised when word was passed around last Wednesday that Mr. William Husband, of lot 24, Con. 3, had died suddenly about noon that day. Mr. Husband, though in his 79th year, had been in his usual health; visited Toronto Exhibition and spent several days the previous week with friends in Nelson, and the day before walked over to the farm of his neighbor, Mr. G. Kingsbury, where a threshing was in progress. He was taken with a severe attack of diarrhoea which caused his death in a few hours. Mrs. Husband and the following nine children survive: John W. and Dr. A. P., of Acton; Geo. T., Wm. H., R.M., D.S., and Chas. E., in Manitoba; Mrs. Robert Akins, Kilbride; and James H. Eden Mills. The funeral took place on Friday when the remains were laid tenderly at rest at Ebenezer Church where for more than half a century deceased had been an interested member. Rev. E. L. Flagg, B.D., assisted by Rev. W. Garnham, R. D., conducted an impressive service. Wm. Husband was the son of John Husband, who settled in Nassagaweya about the year 1828. The former had served in the British Navy when a young man and received a slight bullet wound in the leg. Joshua Norrish, in his History of Nassagaweya, says he heard him talk of losing some nights' sleep in chasing old Bonaparte on the sea." Mr. Henry Husband, principal of the Oakville Public School for 28 years, and the late John Husband, Reeve of Trafalgar, were brothers of the deceased.
