    3. I am not researching the Duke family, however I do find the following in my records: Charles Lahey of Pisarinco (St. John) and Miss Christianna Duke of Carleton married 4th Oct 1856. (I believe that Pisarinco is called the Lorneville area of Saint John.) My connection is through Lahey as my great great grandmother was Elizabeth Lahey from Truro, NS. She married Jarvis (Jabez) Sweet 2 Mar 1840 and later Walter Gladstone of Lancaster. Elizabeth was Charles Lahey's sister. Other possible siblings were William, James, Rebecca and George. Hope this helps in some way. So I am sure that this is somewhere around 1902-1904. Sorry I haven't been on here as much as I usually am have had a lot of things going on here. Oh yea, I found the Erlands Points Murders newspaper articles about a year ago. Am not sure if they are the same ones you found though. The Bremerton local paper had a few articles. I have looked for the info in the Seattle, Wa. newspapers because one article states that the Seattle press and police investigators came in right away (4-5) days later. But nada! Anyway, better go for now. But I will search the surname site. Talk tomorrw, Vicki
