To Mr. John Bryden, MP:- We are very sorry about the outcome of the vote on Bill C-206. The safe passage meant a great deal to many of us -- could it have frightened others? Somehow, I feel today was a very bad day in the House of Commons -- possibly not even THE MEN OF THE DEEP (miners) would have saved Bill C-11. HRDC and its ramifications did not help you -- there is a connection between this agency and your Bill. IF only Members of Parliament could vote with their personal conscience, not as one person dictates, I feel your Bill would have passed. Please keep in touch, Muriel M.
