Hi Bill:- You made a slight error -- it is the 1911 census we wish opened -- plus others, e.g. 1921, 1931 -- this would make us correspond with United States. The 1901 census is open -- I have used it -- the first one with complete dates of birth. We do, however, need the 1906 for prairie provinces -- this one would be the first Canadian census for Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. I just checked and Mr. John O'Reilly has a glowing GOLD tick -- see http://www.globalgenealogy.com/census/index6.htm Click on ONTARIO -- then on his name to read the message!!! We received an answer from him, Gordon Watts made the changes -- this politician is definitely NOT a fence-sitter!!!!! (I know I bugged him a bit -- but he answered!) Muriel M.
