As serious as we are in our quest to obtain access to Historic Census, it is truly a sad day that we cannot find a bit of humour here and there. To all of our Canadian listers I wish the best Thanksgiving ever. We could truly give thanks to John Manley if he would see fit to release the Report of the Expert Panel.
