I do not know why the next few paragraphs are called a PRAYER, but they are -- it is a statement, but governments have strange names. Below this is "Signatures Collected at .......... by.......... Address.............................tel/E-Mail......... At the bottom of this page will be my mailing address. Please adjust your printer so this is what you have. The second page will have space for 25 names, with lines that may not show in Print Preview, but believe it or not, they are there!!
