Very often, we have learned the Member of Parliament has never even been shown or told about any message. The Canada Census Committee is a volunteer group of dedicated men and women, working for ALL of Canada and release of the census. I am certain Mr. Watts will assign Ms. Carroll one huge RED X -- meaning NO -- because of your comment "this is how the system works".
