Hi Jacqueline:- I assist in any way I can -- but I do not check records in Ottawa -- these must be done by the person(s) concerned. I have several wonderful addresses given by politicians, with which very late census records will be checked. -- fee? I do not know. I also subscribed to the <BRISISHHOMECHILDREN-L@rootsweb.com> list -- the ones on the list assist each other, there have been many lists made available. David Lorente, a resident of Ontario, has his own web site, you may find it by going to <http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~downhome/ Check the Nova Scotia links -- I believe Bryan Keddy put it there. Another one is Perry Snow, author of "Neither Waif Nor Stray" -- the first 25 pages make me want to purchase the book <psnow@cadvision.com> <http://www.upublish.com/books/snow.htm> I am truly sorry -- I have become very interested -- as are several of the politicians, but please keep in touch -- who knows when I may see something of interest and connection. Above all, please keep remembering you are not alone -- which is why I suggest the BRITISH HOMECHILDREN list - even passenger lists are now becoming available -- so please keep hoping. Muriel M.
