    3. Hi Gordon & listers, RE: .As usual, I was disappointed in failing to find any sign of the Report of the Expert Panel on Access to Historic Census. What really ticks me off about this is that Manley knows there are motions in the House of Commons and in the Senate and you think he would release it so members could make an informed decision, unless of course they have seen the report. 3. Hi Wayne. I doubt that the MPs have seen the Report of the Expert Panel. There are at least a couple who would have let us know if it had been made available to all MPs. Jason Kenney being one of them. The 30 day time period for Statistics Canada to respond to my Access to Information request expires on the 18th. We will see what happens when the time expires. I have had no response as yet to my complaint to the Information Commissioner regarding the return of my ATI request from Industry Canada. Should I get no response from my request to Statistics Canada I will have to make a decision then whether to submit a complaint about that to the Information Commissioner. I am hesitant to do that too soon as to date I have had good cooperation from both Mary Ledoux, the ATI Officer for StatCan, and Pamela White, and I do not want to jeopardize that relationship. It is my intention at this time to send an email to John Manley every other day or so until something happens. Hopefully some others will do likewise My biggest concern in doing this is that I suspect that Manley himself sees none of them, but they are passed by the office staff straight to Statistics Canada for response. I would like to find some way to be assured that Manley sees at least some of our email. Happy Hunting. 3. Hi Stella. Thank you for sending this message to Brenda. She was certainly anxious to unsub as she sent 9 incorrect messages within a period of 12 minutes. I was doing the grandparent bit today and did not get home until almost 9:00 PM. It never ceases to amaze me the number of people who manage to subscribe to a list and still do not know how to unsubscribe - even though they get the instructions when they sub. Brenda successfully unsubbed after you sent your message. Thanks again. Happy Hunting.
