Hi Phyllis:- I do not often get confused -- but this time I am perplexed. Is Stockwell Day both a member of the Alberta Cabinet and a Member of Parliament for a British Columbia riding? That is impossible!! It is also not legal, as far as I know. Day has enough to say -- why does he have to wait until Klein programs him? If he is such a Klein man, he should have stayed in Alberta, not the "big time" in Ottawa. Muriel M.
