To all -- I received a memo which had been sent to one who had replied with a positive answer to a Quebec committee member -- yes, it was dated 2002, but we have too many who have never replied to waste our time re-asking those who have replied to date. Let's clear off the bottom (BLUE) and the lines above (GREEN and RED) rather than correspond presently with those who have already been granted GOLD ticks. Last evening I posted a sample Letter to the Editor -- this may be copied or printed with either my name or yours and delivered to YOUR newspaper. I earned my editorial experience with The Halifax Herald, plus The Daily Times and Brampton Guardian in Brampton. The letter is written so not much would need a "red pencil". At present, in the House of Commons, we have a majority of those in favour == 308 - 203 leaves 105 unknown. Check the majority in the Senate of Canada -- this is where we need to do work.
