Hi Gord & Muriel, Todays Toronto Daily Star reports a major Cabinet shuffle as early as the first day after Labour Day. John Manley is mentioned as one of those that could be changing posts. If he doesn't release the report before then, then I can see a further delay in the report being released. I wonder if he has asked for a change so he doesn't have to deal with this?
