I feel the time period since June 30, 2000 has been ample time for John Manley (or whoever) to clean his glasses and study the report. Mr. Malhi - I do not know how many years you have lived in Canada, or in Bramalea, but imagine you were trying to put together a simple family history, from the period of 1881 as far as possible.
