Sincerely, Ms. Pamela White, Director Data Access and Control Services Division ============== To all:- I do not have a copy of the Caplan letter in front of me, but remember I was "put out" because it was signed by not one, but two assistants, and not by the Honourable Elinor Caplan at all. It was one of the OLD publicity letters provided for all MPs to send, very out-of-date. IF I sent a letter to Pamela White, which I do not remember, it was to ask her if the Report of the Expert Panel was private or could we learn what was in it. It seems it IS posted at the site given above -- but must be in invisible type -- we cannot locate it. Hopefully the Report will be found AFTER November 27, 2000. Muriel M.
