    3. As I stated earlier this is not a matter of Bush. This is only a matter of Chretien who represents Canada throwing insults at other governments. Should never have happened. As for the 1911 census, IMO, there are reasons other than people's privacy of 92 yrs ago that is causing problems for the release of it. I know, personally that the government is not that concerned when it comes to privacy of living people. I don't know if all the letters are going to do any good or not when it comes to this.
