April I spoke to my MP (Ivan Gross - Lib) 6 years ago at his annual Canada Day event. He was spouting off about the Freedom of Information Act, that we should be able to get it, etc. To my face, very supportive. Then he went back to Ottawa. He did a 180 degree turn around. He is just another of Chretien's puppets. I can tell, becuase I just got one of his "newsletters" that keep his constituents up to date with things. It was full of why Canada should not have supported the USA and Britain in the war in Iraq. (Another thing I disagree with my government about.) With a dictator like Chretien, it hard to have anything but puppets though if the person wants to retain their seat as a liberal. Not all politicians have the fortitude of John Nunziata (hope I spelled that correctly) to walk away from party affiliation if they don't agree with what the party is doing. Bith on Oshawa, ON
