Bith, I agree with you. As far as the 1911 census go I won't believe it, no matter what is said, until it is a done deal. Over the years I have found most of the information given to constituents is done just to appease for a time. Jean Chetien is very good at running his mouth off about other governments but he is horrible at running his own country. I don't believe anything that comes from him or his followers.
