Good Morning Muriel, In my small way I try to help when someone has a question that I feel I may be able to answer. Eileen posted a test message to the list because she had not been receiving CCC mail and was wondering why. I decided to check the mail list archive and sent her the note about the number of messages that did appear at the archive site and the date of the last message shown in the Archive. I posted to the list as well - since we sometimes forget that messages posted to the Rootsweb Mail lists - are archived and can be searched at any time. I did notice that one message that you sent to me as well as well as to the CCC mail list did not appear on the list or in the archive. I was not aware that other messages may not have come through to the list as well. We do sometimes have a slowdown in mail received. I did receive my copy of the message of the that you sent. I hope that the information /suggestions that Mike sent to - helped resolve the situation with Bell and Sympatico.and there will not be any further problems in the future. If there is a further problem - I am sure that Mike will attempt to be of help to you. I seem to recall previous problems that you have had with a service ,although I can't remember which. You mentioned in you e mail to Eileen that your messages were rejected by the CCC list because of possibly One person. Has this person been advised that there may be a problem. Contacting them and letting them know that they may be the source of a problem , would allow them to at least attempt to rectify the situation. I know that Mike would try to assist if needed.
