First, legal action. I am not an expert on that, but we can build our case for release of census due to failure of providing census info for ATI requests. Those requests should continue. Second, build community support. Last month there were many suggestions for community involvement, ie., scheduling appearances and appeals for support from local town groups, etc.; information campaigns for July 1 and again in early September. These opportunities need to be continued to be fleshed out and seized upon to bolster support.
