I sent mine in Tuesday June 3. We distributed ATI forms at the June 2 meeting of the Alberta Family Histories Society. I know that alot of AFHS members who do not subscribe to this list sent in ATI requests within a day or two. Beatty #2, the Federal Court Action to compel the release of the 1911 census is moving along. The same Justice lawyer who was assigned to Beatty #1 has been assigned. He has filed the formal Response on behalf of The Attorney General, Chief Statistician and National Archivist. He has acknowledged receipt of Mertie Beatty's Affidavit in support of our application. The next step is for him to serve us with one or more Affidavits on behalf of the Respondents. Lois Sparling
