    3. Dear Mr. Casey, <Casey.B@parl.gc.ca> With recent revelations on how this government (and the one previous) sanctioned the compilation of dossiers on each and every citizen in this country to a level only rivaled by the former Soviet Union or Nazi Germany, it seems somewhat paradoxical that we are even entertaining the idea of blocking the release of census data after 92 years. Granted, the Expert Panel will be bringing down their report within days and this will sway Members' opinions. However, I would like to know just where MY elected MP stands on the matter. Hence the following question that only requires a simple yea or nay reply: "Would you, as an elected Member of the House of Commons of the Parliament of Canada, vote FOR or AGAINST a Bill supporting release to the Public, of Post 1901 Census Records, 92 years after they were recorded. ( 1911 census information available in 2003, 1921 in 2013 etc.)" Further, what is your opinion on private member Bill C-206? Lastly, I would appreciate knowing where I can obtain a copy of the Expert Panel's Report when it is tabled and released. Sincerely, Thomas G. Lynch 23 Pleasant St., #3 Truro, NS, B2N 3R7 cc hardcopy to Truro office.
