Muriel : I called INFORMATION CANADA for the address of HRDC and was informed that the information I was seeking I had to submit it directly to the ACCESS OFFICE and not HRDC - I asked if the address to the HRDC was a state secret but got no reply, INFO CANADA have been directed to funnel all requests to ACCESS OFFICE directly. WHY ?????
