Glasgow Scotland. Letter from BARNARDO'S showed she settled in Smiths Falls 1888. Can someone look for JESSIE in the 1891 Census of above. Would be willing to do a lookup for them at the SRO in return. I understand no info of Smiths's Falls on the WEB. Sure would appreciate any help.
