To all:- The very moving ceremony held in Ottawa yesterday will remain with many of us for a very long time. Being a former Nova Scotian, I was moved to know soil from Nova Scotia was placed there -- identifiable by the Nova Scotian tartan. Extremely moving was the speech by our Governor-General Adrienne Clarkson - she spoke for all of us, I felt.
