    3. It's one thing to be in favour of release of the 1911 census and another thing altogether to be in favour of the UNCONDITIONAL release of the 1911 census. Are we sure about their position? And their position on the Chief Statistician's hope to mess up all future census with an opt in or opt out clause? Lois Sparling Muriel M.
