    3. The only way we could be certain of "plain" release or "unconditional" release of census records is to ask any of the NDP Party. Nathaniel Smith, member of the Nova Scotia Youth New Demnocratics, is running for a seat on Halifax City Council. He is attempting to have all of the party members reply with very positive answers.
