Dear List, After further consideration and consultation with our Applicant, Mertie Beatty, we have not appealed the decision of Mr. Justice Gibson dismissing our application for an order of mandamus or declaratory relief to get "custody" of the microfilm of the 1911 census transferred to the National Archivist. It is all up to the Information Commissioner and our lobbying efforts now. Lois Sparling
