RED X - means a very definite NO -- there are some who should vote otherwise! GREEN FENCES -- he or she cannot make up their respective minds about HOW to vote, including our Prime Minister, Jean Chretien. BLUE ? -- this means the Member of Parliament has not bothered to write to anyone -- I have had letters from the office staff of Joe Clark -- no reply from him.
