Sometimes people missing on census can even be found on board ships. Have read some UK census data showing crews and passengers on ships in harbours. Thanks Lauraine I have checked every corner of Canada under every variation of spelling that I can think of. He is nowhere to be found. I did think of posting for the 1910 under DuPerrier. I believe last time in the USA in 1910, I was looking only under Perrier, whereas he seemed to switch to Du Perrier while in Auburn. I doubt he would be on a ship as he was usually a shoe cutter but you neve know I guess.
