Two books read in the past year that were most enjoyable were "I am Hutterite" written by a Manitoba Author. Her family had left the colony and it was quite informative. Living close to several colonies in earlier years was always curious about their customs and beliefs. The other one is by Nathaniel Philbrick called MAYFLOWER. Highly recommend it to anyone interested in the colonial years of the U.S. and history. It took me a long time as it was a bit dry, but worth a read.
