Some of you have a very different definition of "kissing cousin" than I've ever heard.  For me a " kisssing cousin" is one you could marry!  The general rule I heard growing up was, 1st cousins can't. 2nd cousins shouldn't and 3rd cousins or less related OK.  I know there are exceptions to this and that somewhere along the way it became law in many areas.  Your thoughts appreciated.
