I have received a lot of letters about sauerkraut. Here is one of the recipes. Sounds good to me. We stopped in a restaurant in Wisconsin once, and the whole menu was German. We ate like pigs. Vinegar can also be used. Now, it's your turn. How do you cook fried cabbage?
