Know that my 3x G Grandfather Smith's nephew born in Shetland, moved to the U.S. Have not yet found when the family entered the U.S., but traced Nicol Smith & his son Malcolm Johnstone Smith to Iowa. Both are buried in Pleasant Hills Cemetery, in Lime Springs, Howard Cty, Iowa. There are a few more members of this family I am looking for so always scan through both Wisconsin & Iowa information.
