    2. Hi Marge: Thank you for the link for Washington. As a Canadian, my knowledge of American history was very dim - one of the reasons for subscribing to Massachusetts Moments. My knowledge of Eastern Canadian history is also rather limited and having ancestors who settled in Acadia, 1750 Nova Scotia as early 1700 American Colonies, am trying to improve my understanding of what went on. Slow process. Have book marked the Washington site. Have a cousin out there and will forward to her.
