The initials look like C.B. to me. But, unfortunately, I can't think of what that would mean for a place in Canada... Line 23 has New Hampshire, but the H doesn't look the same. When you compare the first initial to the many Cs written, there is a beginning tail that is formed similarly. Just my opinion. Let us know what you find out.
