    1. Re: [CAN-USA-MIG] CHURCH NOTRE DAME DE GRACE IN HULL, was HOW TO FIND ANCESTORS WHO MIGRATED BACK & FORTH:John & Sarah Brown & family
    2. Tried to google the church, but no luck. Ran into this site which may help someone: http://www.genealogysearch.org/canada/quebec.html Should be a picture or a picture of a drawing of that church somewhere. Saw something on Jestor, but don't have access to it. Someone on line found the children, their christenings, and their parents, at Notre Dame de Grace. NOW, we have to find something out about that church. Where is it? What is their address or phone number? The finder was using ancestry.ca. I have ancestry.com, with a little additional Canadian access. Not good enough to pull up these christenings, however. > > Because we then had the child's name, we were able to find his birth, and today, his death! We have major break through!!! Together, we are Joshua! Now, does anyone know anything about that church? The christening date was June 5, 1887, for Thomas Daniel, Margerite-Annie and Maria Ellen Brown, parents being James Brown and Sarah McLean. > > Myra Herron > > Garth Hamilton <[email protected]> wrote: > While many of us know of Hull Quebec across from > Ottawa there are three others in the Canadian > Place Names Database. 2 more in Quebec and one in Ontario. > > > Hull Que.
