Am looking for help to determine how/on what ship my GG-Grandfather arrived in Canada. I have found information that William SCOTT arrived in Canada in 1857 with his wife Ann (HERRING) and three of their five children Emily Ann SCOTT, William SCOTT, Jemina SCOTT. Family lore has it that two of the children, John SCOTT and Maria SCOTT died at sea enroute to Canada from Cornwall, England. Anyone have any suggestions as to where I could start looking?
