A newspaper of the times will list ship arrivals but often only Cabin passengers are mentioned. There is some correspondence from the Kingston agent in the Archives of Ontario RG 11 collection. There is no index to this material and you may or may not find your people in the correspondence. If they required any kind of assistance from the agent the chances are good they will be mentioned.
