Have been trying to find my ancestors on a passenger list hoping that I could discover more family members. My grandfather, Daniel Marron Clark(e) was born at sea in April, 1833. I have just discovered that his parents' names were John and Mary. The family is supposed to have sailed from Dublin but I don't know where they entered Canada. Daniel was a surviving twin, the other one buried at sea. Evidently the Captain of the ship was very kind to them and Daniel's middle name "Marron" was for the Captain. I've never heard of any other siblings but I'm hoping to find a larger family. Has anyone run across a Captain Marron in this time period? Jeanne in Tennessee.
