Hi List, Looking for my family coming to Canada from Ireland. ELIZABETH DUKELOW and YOUNG DALEY (not sure if married at this point) came in 1839. Believe other DUKELOW came at same time but not sure, possibly even earlier. Initially they settle in the Ogdensburg P.Q./Prescott area of Ontario. Do not know which port they landed at. I believe the spelling DUCKLOW was given to this branch of the family by misspelling by a port official and it stuck!! So on ship's list the spelling could have been DUKELOW or DUCKLOW. Any ship information most gratefully received!!! April in BC
