11/11/2004MARION E. BOMBARDIER ST. ALBANS - Mrs. Marion Ethelyn Bombardier, 93, died Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2004, in the Ethan Allen Residence in Burlington. She was born in Highgate Center, March 29, 1911, daughter of the late Alfred and Harriet (Tatro) Bernard. She was employed at the A&P Store for 18 years. She was a member of the Franklin County Senior Citizens, the Ladies of St. Anne and a communicant of Holy Angels Church. Marion enjoyed reading, crocheting and riding in the countryside. Marion was married to Adrien Bombardier, who died March 15, 1979. She is survived by her son, Richard and his wife Lyn Chynoweth of Ridgefield, Conn.; four grandchildren, Thomas, Rebecca, Peter and Suzanne; three stepchildren, Doris Ladue of Greenville, N.H., Charles Bombardier of Winooski, Kathryn (Kitty) and her husband Robert Nemkovich of St. Albans; her brother, Alfred Bernard of Winooski, stepdaughter-in-law, Betty Bombardier of Salisbury, N.C.; and many stepgrandchildren, greatgrandchildren, nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her stepson, John Bombardier. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. in Holy Angels Church. Friends may call at the Brady & Levesque Funeral Home, 86 S. Main St., from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. Interment will be in the Bombardier family lot in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
