Gordon Bishop Gordon Bishop HILLSBORO, NH - Gordon L. Bishop, 76, of Hillsboro, New Hampshire, died Nov. 1, 2004 at his home. He was born in Springfield, MA, lived in Bennington, NH for 10 years, before moving to Hillsboro 30 years ago. The son of the late Melvin M. and Catherine (Fleury) Bishop. He was a Chief Engineer for Monadnock Paper Mill in Bennington, NH for 25 years before his retirement. Graduate of North Eastern College with a Mechanical Engineer Degree. Member of St. Mary's Church, Hillsboro, NH, Angus Lee Golf Course in Hillsboro, NH. Survived by his wife, Mary E. (Hall) Bishop of Hillsboro, NH; 3 daughters, Laura J. & Todd Goodwin of Fitchburg, MA, Julia A. Bishop of Cambridge, MA, Barbara E. Bishop of Hillsboro, NH; 1 sister, Jean Izzo of Springfield, MA; 1 brother, David M. Bishop of W. Springfield, MA; 4 grandsons, Adam Goodwin of Fitchburg, MA, Imami Bishop of Cambridge, MA, Andrew Goodwin & Ethan Bishop, both of Hillsboro, NH; 1 granddaughter, Caitlin Timpson of Hillsboro, NH; several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held Thursday Nov. 4, 2004 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. in the Holt-Woodbury Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 32 School St., Hillsboro, NH. Memorial services will be held Friday Nov. 5, 2004 at 10 a.m. in St. Mary's Church, Hillsboro, NH. The Rev. Andre M. Thibodeau will officiate. Burial will follow in Harvey Memorial Cemetery, Hillsboro, NH.
