Christine (Richard) Tennant TENNANT, Christine (Richard) Christine (Richard) Tennant, 94, of Tariffville, wife of the late Clarke J.F. Tennant, died Monday, (November 15, 2004) at McLean in Simsbury. She was born December 26, 1909 in Gardner, MA daughter of the late Thaddee and Eugenia Richard and had lived in Franklin, NH prior to moving to Tariffville 34 years ago. Mrs. Tennant was a Registered Nurse at Franklin Hospital in Franklin, NH for many years prior to her retirement. She was a member of St. Bernard's Church in Tariffville. She is survived by a sister, Rita Lacoss of Gardner, MA; and a brother and sister-in-law, Joseph D. and Agnes Richard; two nieces and two nephews; and her good friends, Shelby and Jean Bishop. There are no calling hours. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial wilI be celebrated Friday, November 19, 11 a.m., a.t St. Bernard's Church, 7 Maple Street, Tariffville. Burial will be in Simsbury Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Simsbury Volunteer Ambulance Association, P.O. Box 301, Simsbury, CT 06070.
