    3. Jeannette S. Priddy LEOMINSTER -- Jeannette S. (Fortier) Priddy, 75, of 77 Tenth St., died Sunday, Oct. 31, at home after a long illness. She was born on Sept. 11, 1929, in Leominster, the daughter of Paul A. and Corinne (Beaudoin) Fortier and was a lifelong Leominster resident. She graduated from St. Bernard's High School in Fitchburg in 1947. She was a member of St. Anna's Church in Leominster. Mrs. Priddy sang for many years at the USO in Ayer with the 1st Army Band -- 18th Division from 1947 to 1951, where she met and married her husband. Mrs. Priddy worked as a licensed practical nurse at Leominster Hospital from 1968 until she retired in 1976 to open and operate the former East Coast Ceramics. She was also involved with the Girl Scouts for more than 20 years and enjoyed taking her girls on several trips to Washington, D.C., and Disneyland over the years. She was an avid reader and enjoyed camping and traveling with her husband. Mrs. Priddy was a devout Catholic who made Rosaries for several missions here in the United States and overseas. She was loved by many and will be missed by all. She leaves her husband of 53 years, Charles E. Priddy of Leominster; one son, Skip, and his wife, Marian Priddy, of Leominster; two daughters, Christine Moore of Florida and Carolyn Eaton of Leominster; six grandchildren, Cassandra and Erik Priddy, Kristofer Perkins, Marcia Keene and her husband, David, of Leominster, and Travis Eaton of Leominster; two great-grandchildren, Emberlee Perkins and Riley Keene; one brother, Robert Fortier of Melbourne, Fla.; several nephews, nieces, and cousins. She was predeceased by a brother, John Paul Fortier, and a sister-in-law, Lorraine Fortier, wife of Robert Fortier. PRIDDY -- On Oct. 31, Jeannette S. (Fortier) Priddy, 75, of Leominster. The funeral will be held Thursday, Nov. 4, from the M.A. Simard & Son Funeral Home, 14 Walker St., Leominster, with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Anna's Church, 194 Lancaster St., Leominster.
