    3. 11/12/2004ANTONIO J. ST. CYR ENOSBURG FALLS - Antonio J. St. Cyr, 94, passed away Thursday morning, Nov. 11, 2004, in the Redstone Villa Nursing Home with his family at his side. He was born Aug. 20, 1910, in St. Lucien, Quebec, the son of the late Alphee and Adele (Lessard) St. Cyr. He was a resident of Enosburg Falls most of his life, and was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. He owned and operated a dairy farm in North Enosburg for 24 years, retiring in 1973. Following his retirement from farming he worked construction in the area for several years. He loved to raise and work with draft horses, and enjoyed sulky racing. Most of all he will be remembered by his family and friends as a very kind-hearted gentleman. He is survived by six sons and their spouses, Joseph and Barbara St. Cyr of Montgomery, Leo and Shirley St. Cyr of Morrisville, Paul St. Cyr and his companion Claire Hurd of Somerville, Mass., Raymond and Barbara St. Cyr of Waltham, Mass., Jean and Linda St. Cyr, and Oscar and Linda St. Cyr, both of Enosburg Falls; five daughters and their spouses, Pauline and Norman Weber of Meriden, Conn., Helen and Roger Parent of Enosburg Falls, Irene Champagne of St. Albans, Gisele and Robert Gervais of Bakersfield, and Anna and John Maynard Jr. of Cohassett, Mass; 69 grandchildren; many great- grandchildren and greatgreat- grandchildren; a sister, Aldea Sylvester of Montgomery; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Sylvia N. St. Cyr on Oct. 12, 1987; four brothers, Olivier, Theotime, and twins Ovila and Omer St. Cyr; six sisters, Aurore, Mary, Laura, Marianna and Alphea St. Cyr, and Lydia Baker. Funeral services will be held Monday, Nov. 15, at 11 a.m. in St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Enosburg Falls, with the Rev. Benedict Kiely celebrating the Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Isidore's Cemetery in Montgomery Center. Visiting hours will be held Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Spears Funeral Home, 96 Dickinson Ave., Enosburg Falls.
