    3. Yvonne M. Gauthier Yvonne M. Gauthier 1902 - 2004 CHICOPEE - Yvonne M. (Vadnais) Gauthier, 102, a longtime resident of Olea Street and Mc-Kinstry Avenue in the Aldenville section of Chicopee was Called Safely Home on Monday November 15, 2004. She was employed for many years as a seamstress for the former William Carter Underwear Company in Springfield. She was born in L'Ange Guardien, Province of Quebec, Canada on March 29, 1902 a beloved daughter of the late Isaïe and Rose Emma (Beauvais) Vadnais. She moved from Canada in 1925 and settled in Springfield where she lived until moving to Aldenville in 1935. She was a communicant of Saint Rose de Lima Church in Aldenville. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Hermogene T. Gauthier who was Called Home on November 27, 1967 and her beloved daughter, Fernande G. Agostino who was Called Home on April 15, 2002. She leaves her loving sister, Germaine Balboni of the Feeding Hills section of Agawam. Her cherished grandchildren, Daniel P. Agostino and his wife Diane of Springfield and Lynn A. Jablonski and her husband Raymond of Norfolk, MA. Her cherished great-grandchildren, Nicole Agos-tino, Aleece Agostino, David Jablonski and Michael Jablonski. She was also predeceased by her dear brothers, Hermenus "Bob" Vadnais and Fernand Vadnais and her dear sister Aurore. Her funeral will be held Friday morning November 19, 2004 at 8 a.m. from the St. Pierre - Phaneuf Aldenville Chapels, 13 Dale Street at the junction of Grattan Street in Chicopee followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. in Saint Rose de Lima Church, 600 Grattan Street in Aldenville. Her burial will be private at Saint Rose Cemetery on Olsen Street in Aldenville. Her family will receive friends in the Rose Chapel at the funeral home on Thursday November 18, 2004 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The parking lot and main entrance are located in the rear of the funeral home off of Lafayette Street. For those who prefer to make a memorial donation, they may be made in her memory to the Birch Manor Resident Council Fund, 44 New Lombard Road, Chicopee, MA 01020. Her family would like to thank the entire staff at the Birch Manor Nursing Home in Chicopee for the loving and compassionate care that they provided to Yvonne while she lived there.
