Jandreau MERIDEN, CT - Hunter Michael Jandreau, age 2, died on Tuesday, August 21, as the result of a fire at his home on Franklin Street in Meriden. He was born in Meriden on December 10, 2004. Hunter leaves his mother, Rebekah D. Delisle (formerly of Chicopee, MA) and father, Robert Jandreau of Meriden. Also his grandparents Daniel and Lois Delisle of Chicopee, and Bobby and Sandra Jandreau of Meriden. He also leaves several cousins, aunts and uncles; great-grandmother Edna Delisle, and great-grandfather Ken Bastin, both of Chicopee, and grandmother Angelina Calvano of Meriden. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2007 at 11 a.m. at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 East Main Street, Meriden, CT 06450. Friends may call at the funeral home from 9:00 a.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery. The families wish to gratefully acknowledge the heroism of neighbors and the Meriden firefighters in their unselfish rescue efforts, which saved four other young children.
