He was born Feb. 3, 1963, to Floyd Fortier and Doris Jacques in Rantoul, Ill. He was a bartender and waiter with various restaurants in Palm Springs, Arizona and Alaska for 18 years. He is survived by two sisters, Carol McCloud and Stephanie both of Anchorage, Alaska; his mother, Doris Nolette of Las Vegas; his father and stepmother, Floyd and Theda of Rantoul, Ill.; and his grandfather, Fred of North Haverhill, N.H. Memorial services and burial are private with Rose Mortuary of Desert Hot Springs in charge of arrangements.
